Our farm is a family endeavor starting as a commercial cattle operation (Ohmes Cattle Company) and turning into two subsidiaries, Rosewood Farm KC Miniature Jerseys and Five Sisters Farms in Central Missouri.

Cameon (Veterinarian) and Joe (long time rancher) oversee operations while our five daughters raise all of our animals from day one to be gentle and well-socialized, setting the foundation for healthy companions ideal for small family farms and homesteads while providing the highest quality breeding program foundation animals.

Our genetics are carefully selected for confirmation and we offer mentorship and support every step of the way. When families aren’t able to make the trip to meet us, we work closely with a trusted professional shipper reaching families across the country, including Hawaii.

We are excited about our recent expansion into miniature/midsize Highland/High Park cattle using some of the most sought after genetics on the market through embryo transfer production.

We’ve remained committed to one goal: improving genetics generation after generation to produce the highest quality, long-living animals. We have taken our love for animals, proven history of continually improving a breed and our love of homesteading to sheep, goats and our in-house family favorite - cavies and are excited for our five daughters to grow in the same joy of helping families find their next loving companion.
